Former Jammu and Kashmir CM Omar Abdullah on Thursday called for holding Assembly elections in the Union Territory.
"Elections were held in Tripura and Nagaland. Next month, they'll be held in Karnataka...Why can't they happen in J&K?" asked Abdullah. "BJP is scared of conducting elections as they know they'll lose badly because of their behaviour with people here," he added.
